## Platform Selection Criteria

BANGK defines its listing strategy by selecting platforms based on specific criteria, such as the platform’s total market capitalization, trading volume, and favorable listing conditions (fees, community support, etc.).

The objective is to list BANGK on two additional major platforms within the first 12 months following the launch. The choice of platforms will depend on the amount raised during the ICO, to ensure an optimal balance between visibility, listing conditions, and liquidity depth. The selection is based on criteria such as market capitalization, trading volume, reputation, and community support.

## A partnership with a Market Maker

To ensure optimal liquidity on centralized exchanges (CEX) and stabilize the price of the BANGK Coin from day one, the BANGK team plans to partner with a specialized market maker.

We are currently in the process of evaluating and engaging with several industry players to select the partner best suited to our listing strategy.

Among the options under consideration, CLS (Crypto Liquidity Solutions) stands out as one of the most promising candidates. Their recognized expertise in the Solana ecosystem, proven experience in market making on CEXs, and ability to provide deep order books and fast execution are key strengths to support the momentum of BANGK Coin on secondary markets.
