BANGK is committed to complying with key European regulations to ensure the security and transparency of its services. These include requirements applicable to Electronic Money Institutions, as well as those relevant to Investment Firms (mainly under the MiFID regulation) and Digital Asset Service Providers (under the MiCA regulation). In addition, as a Financial Service Provider, BANGK will also be subject to Operational Resilience obligations (DORA). A detailed tracking system has been implemented to monitor the progress of each certification. A visual representation showing the completion percentage for each license will provide a clear overview of the remaining steps before official validation.

Through external growth, BANGK has acquired a company licensed as a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) in the Czech Republic. This acquisition accelerates its regulatory compliance and allows it to benefit from a favorable legal framework for its crypto-financial activities in Europe.
