Applicable jurisdiction

In the context of this Initial Coin Offering (ICO), it is expressly agreed that any question related to the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of these terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.

In the event of a dispute related to the ICO, including, but not limited to, the purchase, use, or exchange of the issued tokens, or any disagreement concerning the execution or interpretation of these terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within thirty (30) calendar days from the written notification of the dispute by one of the parties.

If no amicable agreement is reached within this period, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial court of Nice, France.

The parties expressly acknowledge that this exclusive jurisdiction clause applies regardless of the location of the parties, even if one party is located outside of French territory.
